We are seeking an experienced Director of Facilities and Security to lead our Maintenance, Plant Ops, Security and Safety operations. KDHCD is anchored by our 403 bed acute care hospital and a total of 581 licensed beds. As the Director of Facilities and Security, you will establish appropriate policies and systems to ensure the highest level of quality, cost effectiveness, and efficiency. You will set the example and lead your department of over 80 employees. Your direct reports include 2 maintenance managers, a security manager and a safety manager. You will contribute to our fiscal success through responsible management of a $15 million budget. Responsible for over 1 million square feet and multiple locations; you will directly impact our goals for excellence in customer service safety and patient satisfaction. Our locations encompass approximately a 20 mle radius and include free standing Rehab and Mental Health Hospitals, Regional Cancer Center, Rural Health Clinics and Urgent Care, even a Day Care center and Wellness (fitness) Center.
