This position is a journeyman level position, which operates independently, requiring maintenance expertise, problem solving, organization, and attention to detail. Work situations vary from that of a complex nature to routine functions. Internal contacts are within the work group, but require interactions with staff and management throughout the organization. External contacts are required on an as needed basis.Minimum RequirementsAccomplished* in six of the following basic areas: electrical, plumbing/mechanical, machine shop, general building maintenance, steam distribution, electronics, pneumatic tube system, AGVS, CPD equipment, fire alarm initiating and suppression systems, med gas, beds, and nurse callSix years maintenance experienceCertificate of Licensure in one or more of the above identified areas preferredCurrent Washington State Drivers License; and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state of WashingtonEducation/Licenses/Certifications High school graduate or equivalent preferred
