JOB SUMMARY At Houston Methodist, the Vice President (VP) Real Estate position is responsible for managing and operating a multimillion square foot portfolio which includes corporate and multi-tenant medical office buildings (MOB), ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and cost-effective operations. This executive position is directly responsible for leasing and compliance, operations, facilities management, tenant construction management, MOB and corporate environmental services and Stark Law compliance.  The VP Real Estate position oversees the acquisition and disposition of all real estate and leased Houston Methodist property across the system in a manner consistent with corporate policies, procedures and compliance guidelines and existing federal and s
