The Senior Instructional Designer (Sr. ID) leads the planning, design, development, and delivery of high-quality, technology-enabled discovery and learning experiences. The Sr. ID serves as an integral member of the Learning & Development team and will work closely with educational leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) in delivering effective and engaging learning solutions in accordance with instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and current research. The Sr. ID serves as an expert in the areas of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of effective performance-based curricula/programs that support transformation of the learning experience, curriculum design, innovative use of technology, and enhanced learning outcomes.
