Job Summary: The individual is responsible for the design, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting and resolution of problems of Cisco Voice Applications and Carrier Connectivity. The individual will maintain up-to-date documentation of the system design, and the operations and procedures manuals. The individual will provide in-person training to end users on the uses of the telephony infrastructure. The individual will assist with the implementation of projects and other duties as requested. The individual will be a part of a rotating on-call coverage supporting emergency response. FLSA: NON-EXEMPT
