Position Summary:  The Director / Chief of Safety and Security is responsible for overseeing the safety and security of all people and property on the Hospital campus and Deborah Specialty Physicians Practice locations.  This position is responsible for the overall operations of the organization’s physical security, access control and video surveillance systems, pedestrian and vehicular traffic, Capital Health ED at Deborah, incident response (e.g. fire, disaster, civil disturbance, etc.), Fire Plan, Emergency Management Plan, Safety and Security Plan, and adherence to all appropriate and applicable protocols, regulations, and legal requirements.          Experience:  Minimum of three (3) years progressive Hospital Security and
