Plans, directs, and coordinates construction, maintenance, and repair of buildings, and non-biomedical equipment for all Forrest Health facilities. Plans and directs the maintenance, inspection, and repair of standard and complex non-medical equipment, including the development of preventive maintenance programs. Assists, in conjunction with system and hospital management, with the planning, development, bidding, and coordination of building, remodeling, and renovation projects throughout the system; inspects, coordinates, and approves work of outside con
