SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible to perform a wide range of maintenance duties related to the carpentry trade including, construct casework, shelving, modify existing, relocate offices, install and remove numerous and varied items.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Three (3) years of job related experience in the carpentry and construction trades required.
Valid PA Driver's License required.
Must pass a written skills test with a minimum grade of 75% and demonstrate skills by fabricating a piece of casework or furniture using a variety of techniques and hand tools.
Two (2) years Vocational/Technical school training preferred.
Mill and lathe experience, finish carpentry and cabinet making experience and asbestos abatement experience preferred.
Previous experience in operating tractors, high lifts and other types of equipment preferred.
