The project scope can vary from short term quick starts, long-term processes, or large acquisitions. Manage all aspects of an Onboarding project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time while creating a great experience for the Clinician. Design, communicate, and implement a plan for complete Clinician Onboarding; monitoring progress toward full credentialing and enrollment to minimize delays. Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the Onboarding. Liaise with other operational areas in the organization to secure Clinicians start dates and experience. C
