To assure a safe, attractive, functional Hospital environment through the performance of all types of routine, emergency or preventative maintenance. Is responsible for making rounds of the entire facility correcting any and all problems by adjusting, lubricating, calibrating, repairing, touching up, etc. Answer all repair calls and assist other mechanics as required. Respond to all emergencies (smoke, water, electrical, etc.) and or any other duties as directed to maintain compliance.
