The Executive Director of Facilities and Maintenance reports to the Enterprise Chief Facilities Officer directly with a matrixed (dotted line) relationship to the Chief Operating Officer of the MUHA Charleston Division. The Executive Director has responsibilities for Medical (Hospital and Ambulatory) and University functions. This position is the primary oversight for Charleston division hospital, ambulatory and business (as defined by occupancy type) facilities.
