This position is responsible for managing the project design and construction process for new construction, capital renewal, repair, and renovation projects.  The role includes coordinating project teams, establishing scopes of work, managing design and the production of construction documents, developing and managing project budgets, coordinating and communicating with project stakeholders and affected constituents, coordinating contract and in-house labor, and ensuring quality assurance and appropriate project documentation and close-out.
