Job Summary: To assure a safe, functional and comfortable environment by assisting the Director in directing, coordinating and controlling the activities of the Plant Engineering, and Plant Operations, in accordance with policies, procedures, standards and practices set by HealthAlliance, the NYSDOH, DNV and other local community and Government agencies and or any other duties as directed to maintain compliance. Responsibilities: Demonstrates leadership and commitment to the Hospital Core Values and Mission. Provides leadership, training, and support for staff by establishing performance expectations and providing constructive feedback to reorganize and/or improve positive performance.
