JOB SUMMARYThe Instructional Designer supports the accomplishments of Baylor Scott & White Health’s strategic objectives by designing, developing and implementing Epic training programs using various media. The Instructional Designer is required to have multitude of skills and knowledge that includes training, instructional design, adult learning principles, Epic system applications, learning management systems and incident management system. He/she collaborates with multiple teams that include, but not limited to IS, Clinical Informatics and Quality.
