JOB SUMMARYThe primary function of the Supply Chain Application Engineer is to represent Supply Chain in new technology and operational projects through application help, integration and implementation of Supply Chain ERP related applications. Effective execution of primary functions require management and resolution to end user tickets, testing and coordinating downtimes and upgrades, demonstrated strategic thinking and problem solving by using appropriate information to diagnose problems and identify solutions and managing customer relations by fostering productive and effective relationships with business users.
