GENERAL SUMMARY Responsible for facility operations, repairs, and capital improvements of all Fisher-Titus Health buildings and leased facilities.  Manages and administers all departmental programs and services relating to functional maintenance, system operations and utility services. Develops and ensures successful achievement of department goals and objectives to assure the welfare, comfort, and safety of patients, visitors, and staff as they relate to maintenance, repair, operation, and modification of all health system buildings, grounds, mechanical, and electrical systems, and equipment. Chairs the Environment of Care Committee and ensures compliance with all accreditation and occupational health and safety standards. Leads and manages major and minor construction projects.
