The Human Factors Engineer applies various human performance and human factors/ergonomics methodologies to assess performance, process, design, workflow, equipment, and the environment with the purpose of driving improvement and reducing risks. The Human Factors Engineer will work collaboratively with teams throughout the organization to evaluate environments to optimize human well-being, overall system performance, and safety.
