This individual will repair, maintain, and operate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in the Pearland Administrative Building in a manner consistent with a first-class corporate office facility. The third-grade engineer has the authority to repair, maintain, and coordinate vendors as per the established guidelines of the Facility Manager and the Facilities Group.

High school diploma/GED.
5+ years of experience in a similar environment.
City of Houston Third Grade Stationary license.
Working knowledge of current state, local, and federal building codes, and ordinances.
Experience in healthcare medical office buildings or commercial office buildings, and solid experience in BAS building mechanical systems.
On-call scheduled after-hours rotation coverage of the campus supporting after hours coordinated repairs/preventative maintenance with vendors as required to mitigate downtime Proven experience with MS Office 365, CMMS work order dispatching, and building automation system (BAS) – Siemens Desigo.
Proven ability to effectively manage team accountability and metrics with positive results.
Excellent communication skills, strong organizational/interpersonal skillset, and proactive troubleshooting. Strong customer service skillset required.
