SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for the maintenance, repair and upgrades to the heating ventilation and air conditioning systems and their associated controls. This includes air-handling equipment; exhaust fans, variable-air-volume systems, furnaces, crematories, humidifiers and air filtration equipment. Also included is the associated control systems for the equipment both digital and pneumatic.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
High School Diploma or equivalent required.Â
HVAC training requiredÂ
Three (3) years job related experience in residential or industrial HVAC, plumbing and mechanical trades required.Â
Valid driver's license required.Â
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
Operation of tractors, forklifts, bucket trucks, high lifts and other types of equipment preferred.
Universal Refrigeration License and EPA certification preferred.Â
CPR certification and First Aide training preferred.Â
Industrial HVAC, Plumbing and Refrigeration experience is preferred.Â
