JOB SUMMARY The Journey Architect is in charge of overseeing and assisting with the daily tasks that involve working jointly across different departments and delivering results. They will work closely with the journey lead to turn ideas into plans, prioritize based on what is achievable and impactful, and see those plans through. The Journey Architect will also take charge of solving issues or escalating problems that may hinder progress, guaranteeing that the work is done efficiently and in stages.
