PRIMARY FUNCTION:To coordinate acquisition of parts and services to meet the operational goals of the Clinical Engineering Department as directed by technicians, manager and/or director.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain files, records and logs using paper and electronic methods.Places orders for parts, supplies and services in a timely manner via on-line purchasing system, or paper requisition process using fax and/or phone.Receives and stock procured items as necessary. Verifies and distributes parts and equipment to appropriate persons. Uses department computer system to enter parts and work order information.Monitors intake of equipment delivered to Clinical Engineer
