Develops, plan and manages Facilities Operations systems or equipment new installs and retrofits including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and information management components. The position develops and manages the 5 year infrastructure budget process and ensures it is updated annually prior to the development of the next period CHW capital budget. Oversees the management of the furniture and flooring replacement program. Collaborates with Facilities Development on construction projects related to Facilities Operations and infrastructure components. Bachelor Degree in construction, technology or facilities management fields or 10 years' experience in a trade, project management or construction field. 5 years of project management experience. Proven abili
