Maintenance Engineer
OverviewThis position is responsible for providing intermediate to advanced building maintenance preventative and corrective work to the facility. Performs a variety of skilled duties in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, electrical, or vehicle servicing. Completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures, and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures. Complies with established safety guidelines and procedures. Works with and assists other trades in completing required tasks.
