PROJECT MANAGER - PD&C
Additional Information About the RoleResponsible for managing all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) infrastructure projects from Schematic Design through Close Out. Utilizes historical project cost information and helps develop and maintain a construction cost database. Close out projects in a timely manner. Day-to-day management of Architects, Engineers, Consultants and, other vendors as applicable. Works closely with other BJC departments such as IT and Facilities Ops. Partners closely with BJC Engineering Team. A typical project portfolio within a 2 year budget cycle consists of >20 active projects with an average project budget of $1M. Project locatio
