Maintains current knowledge in present areas of responsibility (i.e., self education, attends ongoing educational programs). Works collaboratively and supports efforts of team members. Demonstrates exceptional customer service and interacts effectively with physicians, patients, residents, visitors, staff and the broader health care community.
