Job DescriptionGeneral SummaryResponsible for leading operational implementation, training, and support for innovative technology solutions created by the UMMS Center for Technology Innovation. Develop educational materials and training plans and provide end user support during implementation and post go-live. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful implementation of tailored technology solutions which incorporate principles of human factors and process design to improve the quality of patient care. Work is performed under limited direction. Direct report to the Senior Manager, Solution Design & Implementation. Principal Responsibilities an
