Perform various Preventive and Corrective Maintenance tasks to maintain and repair equipment and systems. This includes mechanical, electrical, controls, and pneumatic components. Apply analytical and manual skills in inspecting, maintaining, installing, calibrating, troubleshooting building systems and equipment. Operate high pressure boilers, chillers, and generators. Use a variety of machines, hand tools, and test equipment commonly used by Technicians including, but not limited to, multimeters, airflow hoods, flowmeters, and gauges. Must be able to prioritize work to see the needs of the patient come first. Complete work orders as assigned and in a timely manner.
