DescriptionSummary:The Mechanic Technician performs building and mechanical maintenance to ensure proper operations of all equipment located within the facility and associated properties. The MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Responsible for maintenance and operation of boiler plant equipment, including pipe fitting, welding, lubrication, plumbing and cleaning of equipment. Assist with the preparations of the boilers and other equipment for inspection. 2.Analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and plans for and takes corrective action.
