DescriptionSummary:The Information Technology Engineer II (ITEII) assists in the planning, managing and engineering of enterprise database systems. The ITE II is responsible for implementing, design, architecture, life cycle management, configuration, operations and support of the CHRISTUS database environment. This position also performs monitoring, capacity planning and performance tuning along with managing the availability of the database server environment to ensure that no unplanned disruptions or data loss occurs. The ITE II requires comprehensive technical knowledge and experience in one or more of the following enterprise database solutions; MS SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB or MUMPS/CACHE.
