The Interim Director of Hospital Facilities is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of the organization's physical infrastructure. This role ensures that facilities are well-maintained, compliant with health and safety regulations, and equipped to meet the needs of the staff and operations. The Interim Director will coordinate building repairs, vendor relationships, space planning, and sustainability initiatives, while also managing budgets, scheduling, and emergency preparedness. In addition, the Interim Director will provide oversight, supervision, and coaching to Facilities staff and contractors. This position will build and maintain positive and collaborative working relationships with all departments. Ideally, we need someone who can
