Responsible for overall facilities operations for multiple facilities and offsite locations. Has direct responsibility for all maintenance, repair and construction activities relating to the physical plant and grounds. Develops annual operating and plant capital budgets and monitors budgetperformance develops plans of correction to address budget variances. Ensures facility are in continuous compliance with the regulatory requirements established by CMS, NYSDOH, DNV, EPA, DEC, OSHA, FGI, NFPA and other applicable Federal, State, and local authorities havingjurisdiction.
