The Senior Director of Facilities will lead the strategic planning, development, and management of all aspects related to the physical plant and facilities of the organization. This role involves overseeing the maintenance, safety, and security of facilities to ensure they meet operational needs and regulatory requirements. The Senior Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align facilities management with organizational goals and objectives. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, and implementing cost-effective solutions for facility projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facilities management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in facilities management
- Proven track record of successful facility planning, operations, and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
