Responsible for ensuring assigned work units are providing services at a professional level. Provides leadership and direction to supervisors and staff within Facilities & Support Services to ensure operations and strategic goals are met. Provides overall guidance and direction to ensure consistency of facilities standards, policies, procedures, and processes, as well as collaboration at the regional and enterprise level. Promotes teamwork, high ethical standards, quality, safety, and customer service. Responsible for managing talent, staff development, knowledge, finances, and performance of the unit. Develops metrics to validate performance and fiscal responsibility of assigned work units. May provide leadership in:   • Supporting the department with all spac
