Job DescriptionPerforms preventive maintenance on HVAC and other central distribution systems and equipment. Inspect, repair, modify (as needed), monitors, and operates systems such as hot, chilled, and domestic water, fire protection, steam, condensate return, emergency generators, electric distribution, medical vacuum, oxygen, etc. Stands watches in the boiler room as Relief Stationary Engineer.
