Facilities Administrative Support Coordinator - West Hospital
Overview Schedule: Full Time Day ShiftDepartments Supported: Facilities and Public Safety at West HospitalThe position requires coordination of service activities for the department. Responsibilities include but not limited to dispatch, purchasing, vendor management, service requests, reporting and scheduling. Requires utilizing related software systems such as computerized maintenance management system (TMS), enterprise resource planning (Oracle), time keeping (Kronos), communications systems (phone, radio, paging, email etc.), updates department files and records, and other duties and systems as required. Coordinates project plans when necessary. Trains colleagues on various skills and tasks. Provides support to leadership team and team members
