Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Project Planning and Operations leadership team in the role of Project Manager - Design and Construction.
Assists in delivering projects utilizing an integrated project delivery method, which focuses on delivery of effective Care Environments for patients, family, and team members. Ensure the integrated methodology is embedding key stakeholders into the project and involving them continuously throughout the project life cycle. Creates ongoing communication cycles and transparency across the delivery flow lanes of team & operations readiness, building readiness and construction creating a cohesive, aligned vision of the project towards a successful first patient day and care environment. Provides input into the design and execution of projects that address the safety of patients, staff, visitors, and construction workers in keeping with IU Health's mission of promoting health for all Hoosiers.
The successful applicant for this Project Manager position will have operational experience working in or in support of the Academic Physician Practice environment with a working knowledge of Process/workflow, regulatory requirements, and performance management. The candidate will synthesize a tremendous volume of observational process flow data into documentation of current-state flows that will serve as the foundation for the development of optimized future-state flows. The candidate has a proven history of guiding groups of stakeholders to a common Vision and aligning the development of operational procedures to that Vision.

Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
* Bachelor's Degree is required, Masters preferred.
* Requires 5-7 years of relevant and complex project management experience.
* Program management experience is preferred.
* Healthcare industry experience is essential.
* Requires experience working in a complex, matrixed environment.
