The Project Manager leads the successful planning and execution of Information Technology projects at Cooper University Health Care.

The Project Manager will provide programmatic and grant oversight to the Title X Family Planning Project at Cooper University Cape Regional Hospital. In collaboration with the medical director and the Women’s and Children’s Institute leaders, and in alignment with state and federal guidelines, this role will manage the Title X Program, including: - Fiscal management: work with Finance team to ensure correct reporting on program expenses and revenue. - Data reporting: work with Cooper Cape and data teams to ensure appropriate reporting on program volume and other required program metrics. - Marketing/community engagement: work with Cooper Cape and marketing teams to further develop the marketing/community engagement plan. - Work with Cooper Cape team to maintain the Policy & Procedure manual. - Managing additional Title X activities in consultation with supervisor.
Knowledge, experience and success in managing projects involving multiple stakeholders. Ability to effectively diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex problems pertaining to project and grant operations.
Lead and participate in quality and process improvement initiatives related to the program. Ability to direct and manage multiple priorities, utilize effective time management skills, and exercise sound administrative judgment. Manages administrative tasks for the program including internal and external reporting. Strength in strategic thinking, analysis and problem solving, organizational leadership, collaboration, and a results-oriented vision and focus. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required; strong oral/written communication skills, including diplomacy and the ability to work with all disciplines, levels, and backgrounds, is also a must.
