JOB SUMMARY: Works independently to complete preventive maintenance tasks, diagnoses problems, selects materials, and complete repairs of utility systems, equipment and components. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High School or GED required. Ability to read, write, and comprehend English (job- related instruction).
