Lead HVAC Mechanic
Job Summary: To assure a healthy, comfortable Hospital environment through the proper operation, control and maintenance of the heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems and or any other duties as directed to maintain compliance. Responsibilities: Guides, directs, prioritizes, helps with performance appraisals and coordinates the efforts of the HVAC Shop. Performs daily inspection of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment in the Hospital for proper functioning of the equipment. Inspects all of the equipment and performs any required repairs. Ensures adherence to PM schedules andperforms preventative maintenance. Trains other staff members on PM procedures, as require
