JOB SUMMARY At Houston Methodist, the Construction Senior (Sr.) Project Manager position is responsible for assuring highly complex or highly visible construction/renovation projects are designed and completed in accordance within approved program, budget, and schedule, and in a manner consistent with Hospital needs, procedures and policies. This position with, minimal supervision, is an effective liaison between Houston Methodist (HM), the Hospital client department, and consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, and others.
