Will be responsible for the FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) planning, procurement, and installation as well as other Project Activation activities. Must be a local candidate in AZ.
The Project Manager I - Construction is responsible for project management of all Phoenix Children`s Hospital (PCH) construction and master strategic plans set forth by the PCH Board of Directors at all PCH facility locations. This position coordinates and oversees internal and external staff, vendors and suppliers to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
High school diploma or equivalent. (Required)
Bachelor`s Degree in Architecture, Construction Management or Engineering, or related field. (Preferred)
Three or more years of experience in the healthcare field with special emphasis on project and construction management (Required)
Three or more years of experience working with Life Safety Codes, JCAHO standards, and International Building Codes (IBC). (Preferred)
