The Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer, Sr. is responsible for the architecture, development, and expansion of the mobile device management landscape across all WakeMed locations. This position develops, tests, implements, and supports IOS/Android applications and related integrations. Provides administration, management, testing, and evaluation to include end user/device enrollments and deletions, ensuring mobile implementations are in line with privacy, legal, security policies, and Corporate standards. The MDM Engineer will provide tier 2 and tier 3 support and is responsible for tracking device inventory in the MDM environment and performing audits. Department Description
