Aramark Healthcare is seeking candidates for an Assistant Director of Plant Operations & Maintenance in the Philadelphia area. This position is responsible for assisting the Director in leading the department and supervising all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services; HVAC and Boiler house and day to day general maintenance.
• Requires at least 2 years of POM Supervisory or Management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP, HVAC and boilers required
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance including Life Safety and Environment of care.
• Healthcare and Joint Commission experience required.
