JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for operating stationary engines and mechanical equipment including steam boilers, generators, air conditioners, water heaters, pumps, cooling towers, and water softeners to provide utility services. High School Diploma or GED
One year HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or maintenance related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of mechanical tools, knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, mechanical systems, boiler systems, chiller systems, and knowledge of HVAC.
