Project Manager - Senior

Description
The Senior Project Manager leads and directs high-priority, complex portfolios of projects for business initiatives. This manager communicates status updates and delivery expectations to teams and stakeholders. They will manage projects according to the methodology, timeline, and budget of the organization. The Project Manager owns quality assurance and oversight of resources assigned to project objectives and ensures that projects are delivered within committed scope and budget. They work with business groups to build trust and credibility, understand their concerns, and help them understand any project challenges.
* Requires bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
* PMP certification preferred.
* Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
* Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
* Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
Key Relationships
Reports to: Director of Operational Excellence
Key Relationships: Supporting the Chief Nursing Officer

Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
* Requires bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
* PMP certification preferred.
* Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
* Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
* Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
